Creamy
Balsamic
No
need to measure; just do it!!
- Pour some virgin
olive oil (about a cup into the blender).
- Pour
some balsamic vinegar (about a 1/2 a cup).
- Use
1/4 to 1/3, BLOBS (or to your liking) of low fat tofu.
- Shake
a bit of sea salt. Grind some fresh black pepper.
- Blend.
There
you have a creamy balsamic fit for a king!!ADDITIONS:
- Garlic
(of course), a necessity
- Basil,
fresh or dried
- Dash
of oregano or rosemary
- Sundried
tomatoes, a few
- Olives,
a few
- Parmesan
or Romano cheese, a bit.
- Pour
over romaine and mixed greens.
- Garbanzo
beans, Red peppers, Feta, Cucumber, onions, carrots, red cabbage
