Creamy Balsamic

No need to measure; just do it!!

  1. Pour some virgin olive oil (about a cup into the blender).
  2. Pour some balsamic vinegar (about a 1/2 a cup).
  3. Use 1/4 to 1/3, BLOBS (or to your liking) of low fat tofu.
  4. Shake a bit of sea salt. Grind some fresh black pepper.
  5. Blend.

There you have a creamy balsamic fit for a king!!ADDITIONS:

  • Garlic (of course), a necessity
  • Basil, fresh or dried
  • Dash of oregano or rosemary
  • Sundried tomatoes, a few
  • Olives, a few
  • Parmesan or Romano cheese, a bit.
  • Pour over romaine and mixed greens.
  • Garbanzo beans, Red peppers, Feta, Cucumber, onions, carrots, red cabbage
