DIE HARD CAESAR

NO NEED TO MEASURE (get used to it)

IN BLENDER:

  1. One box of tofu  (low fat)
  2. Garlic, 2 cloves
  3. Anchovies (start with 4, I start with 6! and add to taste)
  4. About a 1/2-cup of Parmesan or Romano, maybe a bit more.
  5. Pour about 1/2 cup of virgin olive oil.
  6. A couple of globs of plain yogurt.
  7. Fresh ground black pepper, a must.
  8. Again, a dash of mustard (if you choose)
  9. A squeeze of lemon if it's there.
