DIE HARD
CAESAR
NO NEED TO MEASURE
(get used to it)
IN BLENDER:
- One box of tofu
(low fat)
- Garlic, 2 cloves
- Anchovies (start
with 4, I start with 6! and add to taste)
- About a 1/2-cup
of Parmesan or Romano, maybe a bit more.
- Pour about 1/2
cup of virgin olive oil.
- A couple of globs
of plain yogurt.
- Fresh ground
black pepper, a must.
- Again, a dash
of mustard (if you choose)
- A squeeze of
lemon if it's there.
