Easy "Cheat" Dressing

  1. Take your favorite salad dressing.
  2. Pour into blender.
  3. Cut box of tofu (preferably low fat) Add a blob. Yes, a blob.
  4. Blend till creamy.
  5. Taste. Add more tofu accordingly (if you like).
  6. Pour on lettuce and veggies.
  7. EAT

GOAL: train the taste buds.

ADDITIONS:

  • Garlic
  • Plain yogurt (for a dash of tartness, and/or used as thinner)

REMEMBER: Add lightly, you can always add more!! You can't take away. Pour excess dressing back into bottle, or glass container you may have. Stores well. IMMEDIATELY: Fill blender with hot sudsy water, put back on base, blend. So as to keep cleaning easy!
