It only makes sense;
what eles comes out of a fountain? It is health. Have a
water bottle around at all times. Keep one at your desk.
In the kitchen. Where ever you spend time. Usually we don't
mind drinking it, it's remembering. Make it a habit. It
cleanses, lubricates, removes toxins, helps eliminate fat,
keeps teeth clean and sparkling, and hair and skin a glow.
Some ideas for water haters or bored devotees:
a) add wedge of
orange, lemon or lime
b) water and juice(pure)
diluted
c) hot water with
lemon
d) high quality
herbal tea, (no sweetner or very little)
e) green tea -high
in antioxidants(use decaf if sensitive to caffeine)
**make tea hot
for breakfast, afternoon treat or evening wake me up or
wind me down. Make extra and use leftovers for iced later
or next day. Perfectg to carry to work, and great way to
reuse water bottle! f) homemade lemonade, with oranges -in
jar, squeeze lemons and or oranges start with 5 of each
-pour some honey and shake. -pour in pitcher and add water
-fix to taste **you can also use raw sugar, lite brown sugar,
white grape juice and if you can find it, powdered honey(disolves
better). g) pineapple spritzer -large can of 100% pineapple
juice -pour over ice -splash with sparkling water Remember
a few extra seconds brings great rewards. -creates less
trash -fresh more nutritious -no additives -very cleansing
-cost efficient **Another place to get kids involved. They
like it and it's good for their relationship to food.
