HANG-OVER SIT

  • Sitting on floor,
  • extend feet out in front of you. Straight but DO NOT lock the kness. (No grinding joints)
  • Roll the chin to the chest, and let the head hang. Just HANG.
  • Gradually, the stretch will increase. The more dead weight, the greater the stretch. Do not push, pull, tug or struggle. The less you do, the more you will feel.
  • Hang, and feel the stretch ease long.
