HANG-OVER STAND

These stretches are very safe. Do them slowly. Don't work too hard. Just be. These are excellent for opening up and lenthening the spine.

  • Start by slightly bending the knees.
  • Drop the chin to the chest.
  • Let the arms just hang. Dead weight.
  • Slowly drop the head down towards the floor, all the time keeping the knees soft.
  • Exhale.
  • Where ever you roll down too is the right place. Just hang, Don't pull. Don't tug. Don't work.
  • Take a few more deep breaths.
  • On your last exhale, carefully, keeping knees bent, roll up, leaving the head and arms hanging, naval into spine, keep constant, then head comes up last.
  • Big inhale.

**Do this even once a day, and notice the difference in your life.

Do right before bed. Upon waking. Middle of the day, when no one is looking!!
