Take a big Inhale. As you exhale, roll the head to the knees,
without struggle. You will slowly become more comfortable.
Do not try to 'get there'. The purpose is not "how far can
I get up?". Just breathe and gently roll body towards knees.
This automatically opens the spine.
Inhale. Then exhale out all the air, trying to keep the naval
into the spine, as you roll the body down and place the head
down last.
Do it, and I know you will do it again! These stretches take
seconds. They are simple and too the point. They release tension,
toxins and turmoil. Take time to put music on. It makes a
difference. Use classical, or jazz, new age or ocean sound.
Just for a few minutes, breathe, stretch, and be with yourself.
